Buying Facilitation® is a program for influencers (sellers, managers, negotiators, coaches) - people who are in positions of leadership in which their opinion, product, or service, can assist others in becoming more effective.

This program is a small, intense, structured learning environment, in which The Morgen Buying Facilitation Method® will be used on the learner as part of the learning process, to enable participants to recognize and decide what and how they need to learn, much as a buyer gets enabled to make a purchasing decision.

In the program participants will learn a new, ethical, 'sales' model that will enable them to:
  • listen much more completely to what is, and what isn't, being said;
  • recognize and support buyer behavior patterns and buying systems;
  • lead buyers/employees/colleagues through their decision process to enable them to change and buy-into new options.;
  • create long term, loyal relationships with customers, vendors, prospects, and business partners;
  • teach buyers how to notice all of the internal elements that need to be managed before a buying decision can get made;
  • qualify prospects while teaching them how to expand possibilities, in a very short time;
  • ask Facilitative Questions to help buyers make inclusive decisions and put the seller onto the buyer's decision team;
  • become well-differentiated from the competition, separate from their product.

Taught by the developer of the model, Sharon Drew ensures the learner will take away permanent change - through changed beliefs, more successful behaviors, and an ability to triple sales within weeks of the program.
